No. We have never had a storefront. We offer convenient online shopping and delivery straight to your door in Dallas and surrounding suburbs.
For our mini cakes, each order includes a box of six individual cakes to a box. For our 6″ and 8″ cakes there is one cake to a box.
You absolutely can order with a future ship date. Please choose carefully from the calendar on the checkout page, because we only ship Monday – Thursday. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR CALENDAR.
Our bakery is located in Dallas, TX. Our cakes can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. Monday – Thursday, ONLY in the winter months. All shipped cakes are ordered through NeimanMarcus.com. Cakes are not always available on NeimanMarcus.com. Please consult the product pages on this website. If the cake is available to ship via NeimanMarcus, it will be indicated on the product page with a direct link to our cakes on Neimans’ website.
We do offer free cake delivery and dessert delivery in Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Carrollton, Frisco, Allen, Highland Park, University Park, Southlake, McKinney. Little Elm, and throughout the Dallas suburbs. We can offer same day cake delivery in Dallas, if you call before 10A that day Monday-Friday.
Local delivery is Monday – Friday, except during the holidays. Same-day delivery is valid if you order prior to 10A that day. We deliver inside Dallas and surrounding suburbs. Special exceptions can be made. Please call 1-469-662-0997 for availability.
We offer free cake delivery throughout the Dallas area and surrounding designated suburbs. We do not ship at this time.
Because our gourmet cakes are perishable, we ONLY recommend that you schedule delivery for a day that you or someone will be there to accept the shipment. We are not responsible for boxes being left outside.
- Within the Dallas area, we will deliver during normal business hours between 9A – 5P Monday – Friday. No prior phone call will be made to the recipient.
- ll shipments at this time are shipped through NeimanMarcus, if available. If you have a shipment inside Texas you would like, please call us at 469-662-0997 to make arrangements. Shipments via Fedex will usually arrive between 12N and 5P.
- We will either hand-deliver the order to the recipient at the office, or leave the order with the receptionist, depending on the procedures of each office.
We do not ship nationwide at this time.

- If you received a shipped box via Fedex, please open, remove dry ice package carefully, and place in refrigerator or freezer.

At this time, we do not offer pick up service.
We do not offer custom cakes or designs at this time.

- For Cakes, if frozen, remove from all packaging and place on serving plate on counter with or without cake dome 6-8 hours before serving.*
- For Cakes, if in frig, remove all packaging and place on serving plate on counter with or without cake dome 3-6 hours before serving.*
Note: If summer, and dependent upon the temperature in your home, adjust accordingly.
When your cakes arrives, place either in refrigerator or freeze, dependent upon when you plan to serve. Cakes are good out of freezer for 7 days.
Thaw cakes either in refrigerator the night before serving or set out on serving plate 3-6 hours at room temperature, prior to serving. The difference in thawing hours is dependent upon your local room temperature.
